Can I Return Something I’ve Purchased?
We offer exchanges or refunds on any item purchased from BROWEXPERTS within 14 days of receiving your parcel. All returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@browexperts.com.au. Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a notification, and we will process your refund.
 
Please note that digital downloads are non-refundable for any reason. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
